I was very pleased with the service I received from Blue cube Media. Being a total web design and development novice and starting a new business, I was apprehensive and imagined that not having one iota of technical know-how could make things difficult.

However, the process of setting up my website - with pretty complicated admin and paypal sections - was smooth going with Blue Cube. The company had already been recommended to me by a trustworthy professional (a designer) and she particularly recommended Nathan Roberts from Blue Cube as he had done an excellent job for some of her past clients. I took the plunge - emailed him - and had a chat.

I felt comfortable with Nathan as he wasn't at all condescending regarding my lack of technical knowledge - he talked me through the stages that would be required for my particular needs and didn't mind how many questions I asked - or how many emails I bombarded him with. I got a detailed proposal within a couple of days.

When I decided to go ahead, I was given a realistic timescale and the work was always delivered on time. The testing period before going live was worked on well and even though Blue Cube were busy with other projects, I always felt my job was given full attention.

I am happy with the service and the finished website and have had lots of positive feedback from clients about how easy it is to use and how good it looks too.
